Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

All orders are packed and shipped from the Metro Vancouver area, British Columbia.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays in British Columbia).

During busy periods — such as product launches, special offers, or holidays — processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

The carrier is automatically selected by our logistics partner based on destination, package size, and delivery speed. We use reliable Canadian carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, transit times are managed by the carrier.

Remote and extended delivery areas

Some remote, rural, island, ferry-access, or extended delivery locations in Canada may involve higher shipping costs or longer delivery times.

If carrier rates for a destination substantially exceed the standard shipping amount charged at checkout, we may contact you before shipment to confirm any additional shipping fee or, where appropriate, offer the option to cancel the order for a full refund.

Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email (when available).

Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after label creation.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Lost or damaged packages
